Guggillu Snack

Ingredients:
Guggillu - 2 cups (boiled with salt)
Chilli's -  5 chopped into pieces
Onions - 1/2 medium onions cut thin in length wise
Cumin - 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2  tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Salt - accordingly
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Curry leaves
Cilantro


Method:
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin, mustard seeds, curry leaves, onions, turmeric and mix well. After onions turn light brown, add turmeric , ginger garlic paste and add guggillu to it. Mix well and add cilantro. Its ready to be served.
