Samosa Chaat

Its was a rainy day ... and I felt like having a chaat. I just had some frozen samosa in the freezer, so I decided to make something simple.


Ingredients:
Samosas
Onions - 1 medium chopped fine 
Cilantro         - 1/2 big bunch
Date-Tamarind paste - Few Tbspoons
Chilli Powder - 2 Tbspoons
Plain Yogurt - 2 Tbspoons
Chaat powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
Thin Sev         - 3 Tbspoons
Tomatoes  - 1 Teaspoon, chopped fine(Remove the seeds and watery part inside)
Black beans - 1 Teaspoon (can use cooked or canned)
Green chutney - 1 Teaspoon
Lime juice - 2 Teaspoons
Oil            - Few Tb spoons

Method:
Fry the Samosas and keep aside.

For Plating:
In a plate, crush the samosas.Add green chutney on top of it. Now add yogurt on top and sprinkle red chilli powder. Add Tamarind-Date chutney on the top on it and chaat masala on top. Add onions, Sev, Cilantro on the top again. Add blank beans,tomatoes and lime juice.
